Rude staff, wouldn't mix paint after calling up to see they still offer this service. Confirming paint code was correct. Left work, drove to the store to be told we will get it mixed shortly. Waited about 5 minutes to be told sorry we don't have enough staff to mix.

Everytime i go there not one guy has a clue what I’m talking about and they are bloody rude except for the lady at the front counter. You can learn something from her she is very helpful and polite I’ll make sure to be served by her again
I spoke to Fern and she was beyond great and she was the best person to ask about Car Paints.

Always helpful here. Usually have what i want and regular specials on regularly used items. oil for example.
Whenever I go into the Darwin store there is this Lady (whom I try to avoid as much as possible) she's always so rude and is extremely unhelpful, She is just not cut out to be a customer service representative.
These 4 stars are actually for ASAD who helped solve the issue I had today and was great at customer service. Thanks man.
